“I want to rent a Mirror booth for my event”. What do I need to do?
First, we need to check our availability for your event. Contact us here for enquiries and fill up our contact form.
How does the Mirror Booth work?
- Touch the screen.
- Strike a pose. (With or without props)
- Smile at the camera. (Led light is surrounding the DSLR camera)
- It will take three shots.
- Receive printed photos instantly!
How many photos can be taken with the Mirror Booth?
You and your guests can take an unlimited number of photos during the time you booked the photo booth. There will be three shots in one session, and you can print pictures with a maximum of 5 copies each session. Your guests can still use the Mirror Photobooth Melbourne Hire for another session as long as they like or go back to the queue to use it later.
Will there be an onsite attendant?
Yes, we make sure that an onsite attendant is present in every event. Our attendant is fully trained in case problems arise, and he/she will make sure to assist guests on how to use the Mirror Photo Booth and ensure that they have an excellent time with the photo booth.
What kind of printer do you use with the Mirror Booth?
We use a heavy-duty dye-sublimation printer. It produces instant high-quality prints. With dye-sublimation technology, the colours will not fade and can last a lifetime. Also, the photos are dry and ready to touch without smudges as soon as they leave the printer.
How long will I wait for the photo printouts?
You will receive the photos in a matter of seconds! Your guests will be surprised at how fast they will receive their pictures in a matter of seconds.
Do you design the photo layout or we need to choose from different templates?
We custom design your photos. Just tell us what you like or texts you want us to put, and we will create it for you and submit it for confirmation until you are satisfied. Alternatively, you can send us your invitation or Logo (for corporate events). We will design the photos to match your event theme, and we do not charge extra for this service.
Where are you located and do you travel in other parts of Victoria?
We are located in the Yarra Valley, but we also service Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges and other parts of Victoria.
Do you charge Travel Fee?
Typically, we do not charge travel fee but still depends on how far your venue is. When filling our enquiry form, please let us know the venue so we could give you a proper quote.
Do we receive digital photos, and how can we access them?
Yes, we will provide ALL digital photos from the event. You will receive a secure link on our photo gallery that you could share with your family and friends.
Do you charge for the setup and pack up time?
No. We do not include the hours you rent for setup and pack up time. We typically arrive 1-1.5 hours before the start of the event to set up the Mirror Booth. Rest assured the setup time will not be charged or counted towards your rental time.
How will I know if you are free for a particular date?
Contact us via email, and we will let you know if the Mirror Booth is still available. Alternatively, we have other photo entertainment that you might be interested in if the Mirror Booth is booked for the day.
How much space do you need?
It depends on what Mirror Photobooth Melbourne setup you like. The Mirror Booth size is 0.9m wide x 1.5m tall and atleast 1.0m space for props. We also need access to an electrical outlet and we do prefer if it’s near the photo booth.
Do you have any props for us to use in our event?
We have a wide range of props that you can choose, and it’s FREE. We do not charge extra for props inclusion in any event. Our Mirror Photobooth Melbourne Hire props are growing, and we want to make sure our props add fun and entertainment to our clients. In addition, they are of high quality and not just the cheap accessories ones. We want to give our clients the best photo entertainment service for their special events.
Will I receive a guest book?
Yes, our guest book is free and applicable to weddings and birthdays only. We also provide pens for your guests to use when writing messages for you.
What if the ink runs out at my event?
We have an onsite attendant who is trained to change the ink for the continuity of the photo booth session. You don’t need to worry about it as our attendant is there to make sure to solve any problems encountered.
Can we have photo magnets instead?
Yes, we can upgrade your 4 x 6 printed photos to Photo Magnets for an additional fee. The printed Magnet photos are perfect for display at your home or office. Your guests will love these awesome photo keepsakes.
Do you accept outdoor events?
Although we prefer indoor events for the Mirror Booth, we do accept outdoor events as long as the weather permits, and the photo booth is not directed to the sunlight. The Mirror Booth should be in a covered space and near the electrical outlet.
We only have stair access to our venue. Will that be a problem?
The Mirror Booth weighs 50 kilos, and this particular information is very important for us. We need to know this beforehand before booking so we could talk to the venue and discuss it with them.
I want to book your Mirror Booth. What do I need to do?
Fill up our form with the date of your event and venue, and we will give you our quote. If you do decide to book with us, we will then send you an invoice for a deposit to secure your date.
When will I pay the remaining balance?
Your event is booked once you paid the deposit. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance will be paid a month before the event.
What if I need to change the date because of certain circumstances?
The deposit is non-refundable, but we can use the deposit paid to change the date of your event. Alternatively, you can also use the deposit as a credit for future events if you don’t have a confirmed date yet.
How many hours can we rent your Photo Booth for our event?
You may rent the Mirror Booth for as many hours as you like. We do have an additional charge for events for more than our 5 hours package.
